Bob Thompson has an extensive background as an Entrepreneur within the Technology and Software industry. As a Founder and Partner of multiple Technology Start-ups Bob has a proven track record in Executive and Sales Leadership as well as an extensive background in executing strategic plans as it relates to sales and revenue growth within these organizations.

Bob has a proven track record in working with enterprise level organizations to small businesses in assisting them in utilizing technology in supporting their internal and external business goals and objectives. His background consists of selling Strategic Plans, Collaboration and BPO Services, Data Warehouse Projects, ERP Sales and Implementations, CRM Sales and Implementations, Infrastructure Projects, Application Development Projects and Large-Scale Staffing Engagements.

Bob has an extensive solution sales background and has trained numerous sales teams in solution selling methods and best practices. Bob has years of experience in the CRM and Digital Marketing industry and has worked with multiple organizations on CRM Adoption projects with the primary focus on helping Account Executives and SDRs increase sales activity and revenue through the efficient use of their internal CRM and Marketing platforms.

Tom Sekerak

Tom Sekerak is a Partner with Adaptive Sales & Marketing who partners with CEOs, executives, and solopreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands, person-to-person.

Tom is a relationship builder who is dedicated to the ongoing success of Adaptive and its clientele. Tom believes that hard work, collaboration, and creative problem-solving equals success.

Tom is a proud co-leader of a family of 6, an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan, enjoys exercising and listening to music, and having the opportunity to speak with as many people as possible to learn something new.

Scott Zimmerman

Scott Zimmerman had the vision to combine his cutting-edge marketing automation technology with Dr. Tony Alessandra’s proven sales psychology. The end result was a proprietary communication platform that could automatically send customized marketing messages that matched each recipient’s interests and even their personality type. Today, that platform has evolved into a done-for-you service that helps salespeople and professional service providers build—and maintain—meaningful relationships with (literally) hundreds of their clients, prospects, colleagues and referral partners.

Scott invested his career in the study of graphic design, branding, positioning, psychology (as related to influence) business-to-business selling and one-to-one marketing.

Scott is the Chief Marketing Officer at Adaptive.

In 1989, he started a full-service marketing/communications firm: Zimmer Graphics, Inc. In 2001, he unveiled the first web-based contact management system (called “Cyrano”) that could automatically deliver customized messages to prospects and clients on behalf of salespeople and rainmakers. One-to-one marketing immediately jumped from theory to reality when The Cyrano Marketing System was released. Zimmerman promptly changed the name of his company to The Cyrano Group.

In 2003, Scott began searching for ways to match marketing messages to recipients’ personality types. His research led him to Dr. Tony Alessandra (one of America’s foremost experts in applied human behavior). They began looking for ways to combine Zimmerman’s new technology with Alessandra’s proven psychology. In 2005, they formed and became become partners in Platinum Rule Group.

Also in 2005, they co-authored “The Platinum Rule for Sales Mastery” with Dr. Joseph La Lopa. To this day, that book is annually voted Top 50 of all sales books ever published. “The Platinum Rule for Small Business Mastery” was released in 2006 (with Ron Finklestein). In 2007, “The Platinum Rule for Trade Show Mastery” (with Steve Underation) became an Amazon.com best seller. In 2008, they co-authored “Selling with Style” with New York Time’s best-selling author, Don Hutson.

In 2008, Scott was asked to join the exclusive faculties of Daily Success Stream and CanDoGo to share his knowledge of leveraging psychology and technology for creating high-trust relationships. In 2009, Scott was interviewed regarding one-to-one marketing for his program on “Meet The Giants”.
